CANCELLATION POLICY
The Waxer’s Sanctuary will charge 40% of the service(s) booked for any appointments that are cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services. If cancellation fee/no showed fee is not settled, you will not be welcomed back to book again.
